TKTS Booth / Cultural Project

Client:        The Times Square Alliance  

This unique project is located in the heart of Times Square, the "crossroads of the world". The existing outdated TKTS booth which is used as a sales office for tickets to Broadway plays will be replaced with a new structural glass stepped seating enclosure that will house the ticket booth facility below. Heating and cooling of the facility will be performed by a geothermal system. Along with the booth, the entire plaza area will be expanded and resurfaced with new granite pavers.
