813 Park Avenue / Multi-Unit Residential Project

This project was a complete renovation of the existing 12 story, 3 unit condominium with all new interiors, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms and lobby. Additionally, the façade was cleaned and restored, and a new two story double-wide window was cut into the existing facade and installed on the 11th floor.
