21 Mercer Street / Multi-Unit Residential Project

This is a 20,000 gsf conversion of an existing loft building into four single floor luxury condominium units, with a roof terrace for the upper unit. Included was a complete mechanical and electrical upgrade, open room Poliform kitchns, fireplaces, and new wood floors throughout. We are pleased to be continuing to work with Rigby Management, who is not only a repeat client but our first client!
